Tongue and groove solid wood cladding
We make solid wood tongue-and-groove cladding (lambriu) to order at our factory in Bălțați, Romania: from the log to the finished profile, ready to install.
The cladding goes through the same steps as every SARAL product: sawing, controlled drying in our own kilns, optimisation to remove defects, and profiling.
We make cladding mainly in beech, oak and ash; through our supplier network we can source other species on request. Our sawing capacity is 60 m³ per day, for logs up to 90 cm in diameter.

We control every step, from sawing to packing, so the boards arrive straight, properly dried and ready to install.
Why drying matters for cladding
Cladding made from insufficiently dried wood can shrink, crack or warp after installation, and the joints open up.
We dry the timber in kilns with controlled temperature and humidity, with cycles matched to the species and to where the cladding will be installed, so it keeps its shape over time.
What to send us for a quote
The wood species, the profile (a sample, a photo or a drawing), thickness, width and length, the quantity in square metres, and whether the cladding is for indoor or outdoor use.
We pack the cladding on our own packaging line and organise transport within Romania and abroad.
