2. The notification received by the Customer, after placing the Order, has an informational role and does not represent acceptance of the Order. This notification is made electronically (e-mail) or by telephone.
3. The contract is considered concluded between the Seller and the Customer upon receipt by the Customer from the Seller, via e-mail and/or SMS, of the notification of dispatch of the Order.

6. Sales policy

1. Products on the website www.______________________ can only be sold based on an order, by contacting the supplier.
2. In the event of justified reasons, the Supplier may restrict access to a User or Buyer. The latter can contact the Supplier via the contact details displayed, in order to find out the reasons for the application of the restriction measures.
3. We reserve the right to refuse to collaborate with customers who have refused deliveries in their order history.

7. Order

1. Products on www.______________________ can be purchased exclusively by making a request for a quote. Subsequently, the Supplier will contact the Buyer to establish the details of the order.
2. Once the order is placed, the Buyer agrees that all data provided is true, correct and complete.
3. By placing the Order, the Buyer agrees that the Seller may contact him, by any means available/agreed to by the Seller, in any situation in which it is necessary to contact the Buyer.

8. Billing – Payment

1. The purchase price of the products is that at the time of issuing the order, within the limit of available stock.
2. Payment for the products is made either online, by bank card, or cash on delivery, in cash.
3. Payment for products ordered on www.______________________ is made exclusively in RON.
4. For online transactions, card data processing is done exclusively by __________, www.______________________ does not request or store any details regarding the card used.
5. No commission is charged for payments by bank card.
6. The ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise the delivery will not be made.
7. In the case of cash on delivery, the Buyer will pay the order value and shipping upon receipt of the package (if the order value is less than ________ lei or if delivery is desired outside the company’s transportation areas ______________________).
8. The Seller will send the Buyer the invoice related to the Order, exclusively in electronic format, by e-mail, to the address used at the time of placing the Order.

9. Order cancellation

1. ______________________ does not assume responsibility for printing or display errors regarding prices, characteristics or images of products on www.______________________. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to such errors, www.______________________ reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
2. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order, without any further obligation of either party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other, in the following situations, and not only:
   • the prices displayed on the www.______________________ website are the result of a material error;
   • the ordered product(s) are no longer in stock;
   • the transaction was not accepted by the bank issuing the Buyer’s card;
   • the data provided by the Buyer on the website are incomplete and/or incorrect;
3. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a product, within 14 days calendar days, without incurring any costs other than delivery costs. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the return period for a Good expires within 14 calendar days from:
   • the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good – in the event that the Buyer orders multiple products that will be delivered separately in a single order
   • the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good or the last piece – in the event that a product consisting of several lots or pieces is delivered
4. Any return must be preceded by a written notification of the intention to return, to the address ______________________, specifying the buyer’s first and last name, contact phone number, invoice number, the product to be returned, the reason for the return (optional) and the bank account for the refund.
5. Return conditions within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order:
   • The product must be in new condition, without signs of wear, scratches, chips, bumps, or defects caused by an external shock.
   • The product must be returned in the original box, together with all accessories received and a copy of the invoice.
   • All of these must be properly packaged to be protected against possible damage during transport. Missing or damaged labels or markings on the products may result in the return request being refused.
   • Products purchased in the form of special packages or that benefit from other gift products cannot be returned individually, but also in the form of a package or together with the gift product.
   • If the purchase generates a gift coupon, and it has been used, the return of the product value will be made with the value of the coupon deducted.
   • Returns will not be accepted within 14 calendar days if the products show signs of wear and can no longer be resold.
6. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the application of a return fee or the return request being refused. If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, we may request the value for returning it to its original state. This decision will be communicated based on a technical assessment of the returned product made by the technical department.
7. If the Order is paid, the Seller will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the Buyer informs the Seller of his decision to withdraw from the Contract. The amount will be refunded as follows:
   • for orders paid by bank card ->by refund to the account from which the payment was made
   • for orders paid by cash on delivery -> by bank transfer to the account specified by the Buyer in the return request sent.
8. The return shipping cost is borne by the Buyer.

10. Product delivery

1. Product delivery is made anywhere in the country, exclusively through ______________________, within a maximum of 5 working days from placing the order.
2. Transportation costs:
   • Transportation is free for orders of at least _______ lei. Delivery is free only through the courier company ______________________, in areas where they have coverage. The door-to-door delivery service outside the transport areas of the company ______________________, requires the application of an additional fee. In this case, the transport is borne by the customer. Here, www.________________, you can consult the list of localities where shipping is free.
   • The shipping fee is ____ lei for orders under ______ lei, to which the additional area fee is added, if the delivery is made outside the company’s shipping areas ______________________.
3. If the customer is not found at the mentioned address, within the mutually agreed upon time frame, the courier will return once more after managing to contact the customer. If the customer is not found at the delivery address even after the second delivery attempt, the order will be canceled and the product returned to the www.______________________ headquarters, the customer will bear the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the ordered products.
4. We do not assume responsibility for any delays in the shipment if they are caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions or unavoidable extraordinary circumstances.

11. Warranties

1. All products sold on the www.______________________ website benefit from warranty conditions according to the legislation in force, for 2 years from the delivery of the order.
2. In the case of products sold on the www.______________________ website, warranty certificates are issued directly by the manufacturer, along with the details of the service center that ensures repairs during the warranty period.
3. In the event of a possible product failure during the warranty period, www.______________________ ensures the repair through its own service department.
4. To benefit from the warranty, the Buyer will send an email to ______________________ specifying the invoice number, the product, the defect claimed.
5. Later, the Seller will contact the Buyer who requested the application of the warranty to register the request.
6. The shipping costs related to the repair of products under warranty are borne by the Seller.
7. Important! Only after registering the product repair request by a representative www.______________________  will the product be able to be sent under warranty to the Seller’s headquarters.
8. The product warranty certificates will be sent to the email address provided at the time of placing the order, together with the related tax invoice.
9. Failure to comply with the optimal conditions of assembly, installation, use and maintenance of the products may lead to the loss of the warranty.
