A still very young Luciano Sileoni is gaining experience in the Farroni carpentry workshop: during the day he did what his boss told him to do, during the evening he worked for himself.

A lot of ground was purchased in the region of Moldavia and a medium-sized workshop was build. One of the steps of the international expansion of the group.

A huge investment at the time that doubled the costs of the building itself, that allowed the automated collection and separation of sawdust at an industrial level.

4 industrial-sized kilns were manufactured and imported from Italy. It was a great investment that enabled SARAL to dry up to 320 cubic meters of timber at once. A huge step towards shrinking manufacturing costs and increasing quality.

Kilian Trenkle invents the first FeetUp yoga chair in his father’s blacksmith’s workshop in Pfronten, Germany. This future star product along with a passion for product design will be the main motivation to purchase SARAL some years later.

We move from lumber to refined products: components, decorative elements, furniture.

Now under German supervision and with a big machinery update, SARAL strongly expands and diversifies its capabilities and enters a new era of manufacturing.

Following high customer demand for upholstery and stitching in connection to our woodworking services, we also integrated a dedicated heavy-duty sewing and assembly line that should cover complex production needs.

We are launching the new website, with a virtual showroom and ordering system for partners across Europe.
